I was born in a small town in Canada and raised in a Swiss and German household, where food was far more than nourishment. As the granddaughter of a Swiss farmer, I grew up with a deep appreciation for the connection between the land, the animals we cared for, and the meals we shared around the table. From an early age, I experienced how food brings people together and shapes our health, traditions, and sense of well-being.

After completing culinary school in Ottawa, I moved to Zürich in 2011 and began a career in gastronomy that would span nearly two decades. Working closely with food every day gave me a unique opportunity to observe the many ways people relate to eating. Through both personal experiences and the stories of those around me, I came to understand that our relationship with food extends far beyond nutrition. It influences our physical health, emotional well-being, self-image, and quality of life.

Psychological Nutrition Counsellor IKP

My long-standing fascination with nutrition, combined with a deep interest in the psychological and emotional aspects of eating, ultimately led me to pursue a career as a Psychological Nutrition Counsellor. I believe that lasting change comes not from strict rules or perfection, but from understanding our individual needs, habits, and motivations.

Through personalised counselling, I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths, uncover valuable resources, and develop practical, sustainable strategies that support their unique goals. Together, we create a path towards a more balanced, positive, and mindful relationship with food.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey and helping you find your own balance.
